On the Occasion of National Science Day , Durg University organized a series of competition including Essay ,Presentation , Quiz competition in which students from 128 colleges with more than 100+ colleges participated where Pratiksha Tiwari of M.Sc. final and Samta Salecha of M.Sc. previous of Physics Department participated in the Essay Competition and PowerPoint Presentation Competition where more than 100+ participants wrote it and presented on the topic “ Women In Science “ . The essay competition was particularly judged by the ViceChancellor of Durg University where Pratiksha Tiwari secured second position and Samta Salecha with her presentation secured first position felicitated with a certificate and prizes by the Vice Chancellor of Durg University and Dr.Mudit Kumar Singh director of CGCOST as this competition were catalyzed by Government of India ( GOI ) .
